About us

IronEdge Tools is an independent online retailer of brand-new, own-brand power tools and accessories in the United Kingdom. IronEdge is our own brand; we are not affiliated with any other tool manufacturer.

Products & pricing

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
• We make every effort to describe products accurately. Images are for illustration.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Delivery & returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Guarantee & your statutory rights

Products carry a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee against defects. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

We are not liable for misuse of tools. Always follow the manufacturer's safety instructions. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
