Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not, our returns policy makes it simple to send items back.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, complete with all accessories.

Faulty items

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within the guarantee period, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Return postage for faulty items is free.

How to return an item

• Email support@toolstori.online with your order number.
• We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Refunds include the item price and any applicable delivery charges where required by law.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which are not affected.
