Free standard UK delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Standard delivery arrives within 3–5 working days and is fully tracked.

Express delivery

Need it faster? Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available at checkout. Order before 3pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch.

Dispatch & couriers

• Orders are dispatched from the UK.
• We use Royal Mail and DPD depending on the item and delivery speed.
• You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your parcel is delayed or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@toolstori.online and we'll investigate with the courier straight away.
